Richard Scott, Managing Director started the company in 2000, having spent 15 years previously working at main board level. Search International operated within the FMCG sector, initially working at Engineering and Sales vacancies.

Once clients realized the accuracy of the work involved clients began to ask for more senior roles to be filled and eventually Search International became the leading management recruitment firm in the country working on management assignments.

A lot of his work involved replacing under performers hence the discreet and confidential nature of his work means clients put their upmost trust in his ability. Now with a team of 20 based at prestige offices in Brindley place Richard still treats Search International as a boutique, specialist recruitment firm and today Richard still continues to look after his own portfolio of clients who have used his services since the firm began.
